Adina Yaffa (@adinayaffa) has over 78,000 followers on TikTok, where she routinely shares beauty tips.

She sprayed her waist-length hair with a homemade hair growth product as she explained how to achieve the same results as her.

“Stop boiling your rosemary leaves for your hair growth spray if you want long hair,” she said.

“You’re losing key ingredients by boiling it. To see massive hair growth do this instead.”

Adina began to explain her method starting with listing the items needed; fresh organic rosemary, a glass mason jar, a handful of fresh cloves, or organic ground cloves.

She demonstrated the process of making the haircare product by putting a few sprigs of rosemary into the jar with the cloves.

“Fresh rosemary and cloves have been proven to have amazing benefits for rapid hair growth,” she said.

“Instead of boiling water, you’re going to be doing an infusion.

“Only warming the water to right before it’s about to boil.

“Let it cool down to warm and then add this to your glass mason jar,” she said having used a kettle to warm her water.

“I prefer to let my jar sit overnight but a couple of hours works just fine.”

Adina left the rosemary clove water overnight until it became “potent” with a dark rich color, and then strained it.

She recommended pouring any excess into an ice tray to freeze and explained that it could be reheated with warm water when ready to use.

Alternatively, she said it can be stored in the fridge for up to three weeks.

She transferred the rosemary hair growth product into a spray bottle to make it easy to apply to her hair.

“I start by spraying the roots of my hair and really focus on that before hitting the ends,” she said.

“Then I like to give myself a nice massage,” she added while giving herself a scalp massage.

HOW TO MAKE ROSEMARY CLOVE WATER

Step 1: Put a handful of rosemary sprigs and cloves in a glass jar

Step 2: Fill the jar with warm water

Step 3: Leave the jar to sit for 4-24 hours

Step 4: Strain the mixture and transfer it into a spray jar

Step 5: Apply the haircare product to hair from root to tip

The beauty guru penned a lengthy caption to accompany the video which racked up over 279,000 likes after going viral.

“This is how to make the strongest rosemary clove water spray for rapid hair growth,” she wrote.

“If you want to grow longer, thicker, fuller hair you need rosemary clove water.

“To do this do knot boil the rosemary and clove on the stove, instead do an infusion. This preserves the essential oils and nutrients in the herb.

“When you boil the rosemary benefits are still effective but diminished significantly.

“The rosemary clove water infusion is simple and can be done between 4-24 hours for the most potent water!”

A study in 2015 found that rosemary oil “significantly increased” hair count after six months in people who had androgenic alopecia.

However, further study is needed to see if rosemary oil can help prevent hair loss.
