A BEAUTY enthusiast has revealed eight steps she follows every night to maintain her youthful glow.
The 32-year-old admitted that she’s “addicted” to doing whatever it takes to slow the signs of aging on her skin.
Isabelle (@isabelle.lux) has garnered over 558,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares anti-aging tips.
She took to the social media platform to reveal the secret to enhancing your appearance with minimal effort.
“How to get hotter while you sleep,” read the text over the video.
She looked in good spirits as she held up her beauty essentials while pouting with a strip of tape on her lips.
The ageless influencer listed her must-try anti-aging tips in order of importance.
She wrote: “Skincare one hour before bed, magnesium, sleep only on your back, mouth tape.
“Silk eye wrap, silk pillowcase (no satin), hair cap, and wash your sheets weekly.”
The advice was shared as a viral sound played in the background of the five-second video.
“I’m addicted to this,” the voiceover said. “Not in a literal medical sense but I don’t think I could live without it.”
Isabelle said it’s important to do skincare an hour before going to bed to ensure that the products have been properly absorbed and to prevent the mouth tape from sliding off.
She also advised those who struggle to sleep on their back to invest in a beauty pillow.
The video went viral with over 21,000 views and thousands of likes from people who were grateful for the tips.
Many people took to the comment section admitting they’ve already tried some of the hacks and were not disappointed by the results.

The video comes after Isabelle went viral for claiming that she hadn’t aged in almost a decade.
She claimed to have uncovered the secret to reversing the signs of aging as she spoke candidly about how she avoids the development of fine lines and wrinkles.
Among her lifestyle changes is sleeping a minimum of eight hours a night and staying hydrated throughout the day.

“It’s still literally a struggle every single night but I force myself to sleep on my back and it’s made a huge difference.”
