A BEAUTY enthusiast with enviably voluminous locks has revealed the DIY treatment she swears by for healthy hair.
She said the four-ingredient overnight mask helped her friends to regrow their hair after developing bald spots.
Chrissy (@chrissybriel) has garnered over 136,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares natural beauty tips.
She shared the process of making a DIY hair mask that should be left on overnight for “amazing” tresses.
“This is for getting that lusciousness back, that life, the thickness, shine, it’s going to be great,” she said.

“It’s super rich in vitamins and amazing for hair growth.
“I’ve literally had friends who had bald spots and doing this a few times per week brought their hair back to life."
Chrissy held up Lily of The Desert aloe vera gel, which is sold for $16 on Amazon.
It has a 4.5-star rating from customers who’ve been delighted by the quality of the gel.
She gauged by eye how much of the product to pour into a bowl for the hair mask.
“Next ingredient is raw unfiltered honey,” she said.
“It has amazing moisturizing properties. You can use it on your skin and your hair.”
Walmart sells Nature Nate's Louisiana raw and unfiltered honey for $5.30.
Chrissy then added rosemary oil, which can be found on Amazon for $8.
“Very important rosemary oil,” she said.
“It’s going to stimulate hair growth, and if you have any scalp issues, irritation, dandruff, it’s going to clear that all up.
“I’m going to put about 10 drops in here.
“I decided to add in one more ingredient, argan oil.
“Just for the hell of it, it’s optional. I’m going to do a tablespoon.”
Chrissy used a comb to section her hair before applying the mask to her roots and massaging it through to the ends with her hands.
She clipped her blonde locks up to leave the mask to sit overnight.
She revealed how glossy her hair looked the next morning after washing and styling.
Over 300 people liked the video and many viewers took to the comment section saying they were eager to try the mask for themselves.
According to Healthline, many people have praised aloe vera for strengthening hair and making scalp healthier but there is no clinical evidence to support the claim.
