I’m 40 but everyone says I look decades younger – the ten foods I eat to banish wrinkles including 30p vegetable

A WOMAN who has been told she looks decades younger than she actually is revealed the foods she eats every day to keep her skin looking youthful.

40-year-old Adriana took to social media to show off her diet that she claims helps with anti-ageing.

In one video, Adriana (@lil.icons) revealed that she often gets mistaken for someone who is in their mid-twenties due to her wrinkle-free skin.

"First of all, you look 25, what is your secret?" asked a follower in another clip.

In the clip she revealed the first food she eats is turmeric as it contains curcumin which is both anti-inflammatory and has antioxidants.

The beauty fan said she tops most of her dishes with the spice to ensure she gets her daily intake.

Next she recommended drinking green tea every single day.

She added: "Green tea contains polyphenols that are anti-ageing and promote skin elasticity."

Fatty fish such as salmon was also on the menu every week as the Omega 3's keep your skin hydrated and elastic.

Quinoa is also a staple for Adriana as it contains protein and amino acids - making it a superfood when it comes to your overall health and skin.

Raw Cacao that hasn't been processed may not be the taste you're used to when it comes to chocolate - but it can seriously help your skin look its best as it's full of antioxidants.

Nuts and seeds are easy to sprinkle on top of any dish and contain lots of vitamin E which is vital for skin health says Adriana.

Next is broccoli, which is super cheap and easy to prepare with a head costing 78p from Asda working out to around 30p per serving.

"Broccoli is full of vitamin C and K which promotes collagen production in the skin," she said.

Another essential for Adriana was chia seeds as they are full of Omega 3's as well as black cumin oil which reduces inflammation in the body and skin.

Lastly, Adriana recommended adding 80% strength dark chocolate which is full of antioxidants.

Adriana has amassed over 20k followers and 900k likes on TikTok because of her beauty tricks which she often thanked for sharing with followers.
