"I know a lot of doctors that take it, and it's the first thing they reach for when it comes to supplements."

Resveratrol can help to reduce signs of ageing, by increasing epidermal hydration, skin elasticity and skin thickness.

It has also been shown to augment the content and quality of collagen.

You can purchase resveratrol supplements from Holland & Barratt for £29.99 for 60 capsules (meaning each tablet costs around 50p).

The second supplement that Gigi swears by is Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is another anti-oxidant, and has restorative properties that help to erase the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
