I did up my whole house for less than £100 using Aldi bargains – nothing cost more than £17, people say it’s ‘gorgeous’
A WOMAN has revealed that she did up her whole house on a budget thanks to bargain buys from Aldi.
Costing her a total of just £93.53, lifestyle influencer and interior enthusiast Jade Waller used cheap homeware items from Aldi to get her home looking spring-ready.
Not only did she use a £1.99 trinket dish as a teacup saucer, but she also used a £12.99 rug to bring her floor to life.
The content creator took to social media, posting on Instagram, to show shoppers how they too can update their home for less, with all items used priced at just £16.99 or under.
From ceramic tableware to beautiful spring patterns on bed linens, throws and cushions, the Aldi Special buys have the goods to style your home for less.
Jade then shared her five top tips to make the most of Aldi home decor.

Hack 1: Clear Out Clutter
Jade explained her simple clutter hack, as she advised: “Clutter can take a space from hero to zero in seconds.
“Stylish storage options like Aldi’s Velvet Storage Ottoman (£16.99) will help keep clutter at bay and can even be used as additional seating.
“Place at the end of beds or against walls to create a cosy reading nook.”
Hack 2: Floor It
Jade is also a big fan of rugs, as she added: “When it comes to styling a room, rugs are non-negotiable.
“Centering a space and creating warmth and depth, this quick and easy addition will work in almost every room.
“Size matters, so be sure to do your research beforehand to avoid a design disaster.
“While they often come with a high price tag, Aldi has a selection of rugs all priced at £15 or less!”
Hack 3: Small Changes
Not only this, but Jade shared how small changes can make a big difference, as she continued: “Decorative items are the finishing touches that bring a home together.
“Aldi’s Trinket Dish (£1.99) is an inexpensive way to add interest to furniture like bedside tables and consoles, while doubling up as jewellery holders to keep your space tidy.
“Bonus, I also use these as saucers for teacups!”
Hack 4: Mix & Match
As well as this if you want a home that will be sure to stand out, Jade claimed: “Insta-grid worthy homes often use tone, texture, and pattern to create a luxury look.
“Spring patterns such as gingham and flowers mix perfectly together and it’s so easy to bring this to life with bedding – Aldi has a gorgeous range of seasonal bedding and the look can be complete with a simple throw and cushion covers.”
Hack 5: Storage Solutions
Finally, according to Jade, sometimes you need to think out of the box when it comes to storage.
She concluded: “Using items like storage baskets to elevate a space may not be the obvious choice but it could be exactly what your room needs!
“The Round Basket (£6.99) can be used as a planter to take your faux from drab to fab and you can add some dried moss to elevate the look even more.
“Or, they make perfect storage for spare cushions and throws.”
