Hong Kong taxi, motorbike collision in Mong Kok leaves 2 dead, 3 injured
Two people died and three others were injured after a taxi and a motorcycle collided in Hong Kong early on Sunday.
The crash happened at the junction of Nathan Road and Argyle Street in Mong Kok at around 2.46am, police said. The taxi was travelling along Nathan Road and the motorbike was on Argyle Street.
The motorcyclist, 22, and his woman passenger, 24, were thrown off their vehicle by the impact. They sustained multiple injuries and were rushed unconscious to Kwong Wah Hospital in Yau Ma Tei. She was pronounced dead at 3.43am and the man at 3.55am.
