I fell pregnant when I was 16 – I thought my life was over for years but now we get to go out drinking together
A WOMAN who fell pregnant at the tender age of 16 has revealed the candid reality of being a young mum.
The mum-of-one, known only as Pachine, who is now 36, has shared a series of videos on social media showing her close relationship with her son - and they even go out drinking together.
In one throwback clip, she can be seen looking very youthful as her adorable toddler sits on her lap, before fast forwarding the years and showing them both now, with their arms around each other on the sofa.
"POV: You only had one baby when you were a kid and now you're chilling in your 20s and 30s," she pens.
She captioned the post: "Wouldn’t have it any other way."
In a second video shared in 2021, she can be seen sitting on the back of the ped that her son is driving.

"I became a single teen mum at 16...now he's 17 and I still get to enjoy my young life with him," she says.
Alongside the clip, she wrote: "Building memories with my only son."
In another frank and honest video where she expresses her feelings after first finding out she was pregnant at 16.
"When I found out I was pregnant at 16 I thought and felt my life was over for years... but he is what has made me strong and appreciate life," she says.
"I'm 36 and feel like it's just the beginning."
She added: "The time flies so fast, just trying to slow down time."
In a further post, she shared an adorable snap where she can be seen cradling her newborn son.
"Teen mum at 16…" she writes.
Moments later, she shares the pair of them on a night out together and quips: "Us drunk in Mexico because the legal age is 18 to drink."
The post have since garnered millions of views between them, with many quick to take to the comments section to ask Pachine about life as a teen mum.
"Do you ever regret it ? My son's 7 and I love our bond he even tells me he doesn't want to share me with any siblings," wrote one.
Pachine replied: "Honestly I wish I had one more! I get mum guilt but it just wasn’t in the cards (not starting over now). It's OK though, we are so happy!!"
A second penned: "34 with a 14 year old, we are enjoying life …travelling and having fun. Wouldn’t have it any other way."
A third commented: "34 with a 16 yr old and i love it. He’s my best friend haha."
Meanwhile, a fourth noted: "Me with my 20 year old and I’m 38 - just the two of us."
Pachine responded: "I wish I knew all you young mommies growing up!!!"
A further wrote: "Same! I'm 26 and my baby girls 9, and we live our best life and will continue too just the two of us."
