Hair growth tips

Golab Beauty's glorious mane of hip-length hair has grabbed the attention of a huge audience on TikTok. She has shared her daily hair ritual.

What you will need:

  • Hair
  • Bamboo brush
  • Vitamin-rich scalp oil

Method:

  • Bamboo brush scalp for ten minutes to boost circulation
  • Do this morning and evening
  • Then apply a vitamin-rich scalp oil
  • Apply to fingertips and then apply section by section throughout your hair
  • Leave on for between one and three hours
  • Double cleanse to remove

Central to her method was a bamboo brush for her scalp and a vitamin-rich scalp oil.

First she used the brush to boost circulation.

I haven't shampooed my hair in six months and I love the way it looks now - I just use items from the kitchen cupboard to nourish it

“Your scalp should feel slightly warm after using the brush," she said.

This was followed by the scalp oil, which she applied section by section.

The process was finished off with a double cleanse.

Commenters were weeping that they had a long way to go before they had hair like hers.

“Cries in fried short hair," was typical of many other comments.
