Elon Musk capricious? Hardly.

The Jan. 11 editorial “How high can Mr. Musk go?,” relying on a Wall Street Journal article that accused Elon Musk — who runs SpaceX, the social media site X and Tesla — of illegal drug use, and, despite that, Mr. Musk has tested negative when subjected to random drug testing by NASA, complained that “the country seems to have staked a lot of its future in communications, transportation, and exploration on one man — the capricious, careless, Mr. Musk.”
