AN UNEMPLOYED stay-at-home mum has shared how she makes thousands of pounds thanks to four simple side hustles.

A mother named Brianna explained that thanks to her side hustles, she is able to not only pay her bills, but also has leftover money to go shopping and even save too.

Opening up about her income on social media, Brianna claimed: “The economy is so unpredictable so a good side hustle is necessary especially when you have a family that depends on you!”

She then said: “I’m an unemployed single mum and I’ve been getting so many questions on how I can afford my bills, go shopping and save money.

“If you’ve never seen me before, my name’s Brianna, I’m 29 and a single mum of two.

“I’ve been unemployed since August because I had to quit my corporate accounting job since I had no one to watch my kids.

“I tried a few food delivery apps as side hustles but they really didn’t pay well enough.

“But one side hustle that I’ve been doing for about four years, is selling digital products.

“I did it before it was cool and before everyone on social media was trying to sell you a course.

“I was actually so good at this that I made it into a business in 2022 and made well over six figures.

“I decided to close this business in 2023 to pursue a career in my degree field but I really regretted it because the corporate world doesn’t like mums.

“In the last few months, I started selling digital products again.”

A digital product is any product that is created, distributed, and consumed in an electronic format. 

Etsy digital products refer to digital files that buyers can purchase and download instantly, such as printable art, digital planners, e-books, stock photos, and more.

In a follow-up clip, Brianna went into further detail about the side hustles that she swears by.

She explained: “Everyone wants to make easy money so let me tell you the top four ways that I make money and I’m telling you, it’s so easy, my 11-year-old can do it.”

SELLING CLOTHES

First of all, Brianna swears by selling clothes online.

She advised: “Number one is selling clothes. I usually just sell clothes my kids have outgrown but sometimes I’ll go thrifting and find nice pieces to sell also.”

PRINT ON DEMAND

She also recommends print on demand - a business model where products, such as clothing, accessories, or home decor, are produced only when an order is received. 

The savvy mum added: “Number two is selling print on demand items on social media and on Etsy. This is perfect if you don’t want to have an upfront cost.

“You can use a print service like Printify, create a design, upload it to Printify’s platform and once it's sold, your customer will be sent the product straight from Printify.

“You can also find cheap designs on Etsy and upload them to Printify as well, and sell them like that.”

DIGITAL PRODUCTS 

Brianna then went on to explain how you can earn an income through digital products, as she explained: “Number three is selling digital products on Etsy and social media.

“I love this because the products can be sold over and over again and it’s honestly so easy to market digital products on social media.

“If you’re good at creating your own digital products from scratch, you can always buy digital products that have a licence to resell them.” 

CONTENT CREATION 

Finally, Brianna shared her ‘favourite’ way of making cash without a full-time job - and that is through content creation.

She concluded: “Number four is hands down my favourite way to make money and that’s to make content on social media.

“So many people are so scared to put themselves out there and post, but honestly, you won’t regret it.

“The possibilities are endless, you can make so much money, there’s no cap, and it’s just so easy.”

The TikTok clip, which was posted online under the username @briannawasthere, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 86,500 views. 

Social media users were left stunned at Brianna’s streams of income and many took to the comments to express this.
