I was born working class and now I’m a millionaire spending £20k a WEEK… but my son washes my car for free

A MILLIONAIRE mum has told how her son washes her car for free - even though she spends £20,000 a week on living expenses.

The unnamed woman revealed how she spends the mammoth amount that some Brits earn annually.

The mega-rich 50-something former finance worker grew up working class and lived with her parents on an industrial estate in the north of England.

And, after getting top grades in her O and A levels, she was the "first" from her school to get a place at Cambridge University, reports the Telegraph.

She got a job in banking after university which allowed her to travel all over Europe, and then managed to snag her first three-bed gaff in her early twenties.

She said: "My employer offered a cheap mortgage as a perk which insulated me from high interest rates - this would be completely unachievable now without serious help from the Bank of Mum and Dad."

Then, after divorcing her first husband in her late twenties and getting her MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree, she flew to the other side of the world and settled in New Zealand.

She said: "I took up an opportunity with my employer to move to New Zealand, I liked the country from previous holidays and it was very easy to settle - although I was startled at the cost of living.

"Absolutely everything seemed to be twice the price as in Britain."

The woman went on to marry her second husband, and together they started their own business, which she said "took massive efforts" but was profitable.

And now, the wealthy wife splashes £20,000 a week on expenses, getting her hair done twice-a-week, frequently eating out and dropping thousands on first-class flights.

But even though she spends the huge amount in just seven days, she still gets her son to wash her car.
