Issues with logging in

Instagram users seem to be facing problems as the app shows that they've "logged out" of their accounts.

Even if users get back into their account, the app quickly logs them back out again - even with the correct username and password.

Over 5,000 problems reported in the US

Nearly 6,000 Instagram users reported problems with the app around 8:30 pm ET, per Downdetector.

Reports have dropped since then, but over 5,200 users are still having problems with the platform.

Meanwhile, in the UK, over 1,200 users have reported similar problems.
