The three-step routine I do on a Sunday night that means I don’t have to wear ANY make-up for the rest of the week
MORNING motivation can be hard to come by these days, especially when working from home promises us a little bit longer in bed.
It’s made it even harder to actually get up and get ready on the days we do need to leave the house, too.
But one woman has hacked the whole getting-ready system.
Trinity Kayh is saving herself hours across the week by getting ready for the week every Sunday night.
The 25-year-old has a simple three-step routine that means she looks put together from the second she wakes up.
Taking to TikTok, the influencer with over 500,000 followers shared her secrets.

“For the girls who hate doing make-up every day but they still want to be hot, this is what I do every Sunday to get ready for the week so I don’t have to put any make-up on,” she said.
“First, I use a self tanner and I put it on my cheekbones and everywhere that I usually would contour and bronze.”
Trinity uses a St Tropez foam and paints it on the upper side of her cheekbones, forehead and eyelids.
In the comments, she penned that the tan product she “uses is very light and gets darker the longer you leave it on”.
Trinity’s second step is the most unconventional - she uses a men’s beard dye to treat her eyebrows.
The Just For Men Moustache & Beard Brush-In Colour Gel doubles-up as a women’s eyebrow tint.
You can pick up a packet for £8.40 in Boots, with bosses at the beauty giant saying it’s designed to last for up to a month.
Trinity uses an angled make-up brush to apply the tinting gel to the tail-ends of her brows.
She slightly underlines the front of her eyebrows, but only gently to maintain a natural look.
Trinity’s final step is to apply long-wearing individual lashes to the underside of her top lash line, which she claims will last for a whole week.
The three-step routine has been dubbed “genius” by her followers, with many asking: “Why didn’t I think of this before?”
“I’m gonna start doing all of this,” one said.
“I do this every Sunday too,” another affirmed.
