The couple have proudly shown off a before and after look of their bungalow conversion on social media, leaving many open-mouthed.

In one clip, Becca gave her followers a look inside her and her partner’s home, a semi-detached bungalow, before its renovation.

She explained: “This is our 1950s bungalow when we first bought it in 2021.”

As she showed off the dated interior, with floral curtains, wallpaper and carpet, she added: “It looked like this and needed some TLC, specifically the overgrown garden.”

Becca then explained that her partner Jordan, who is a carpenter, did most of the work, as she added: “We’ve done lots of the work ourselves (WE = Jordan) and got started as soon as planning permission was approved.

“And we’ve now extended the front and back with a loft conversion to look like this.”

When it comes to the inside of the property, it’s still a work in progress, as Becca explained: “For the inside, we’ve finished the lounge and the bedroom.”

She also added: “And the garden is somewhat clear with new back fencing.”

In another video, Becca explained why she and her partner ‘love bungalow renovations’.

She revealed that not only is there a huge potential to add value to a home, but you can also build up and customise, and generally, she claimed that they tend to come with a bigger plot.

She shared: “We often get asked why we like renovating bungalows and here is why.

“Huge potential to add value through extensions, loft conversions and often bungalows are a little outdated so with a little TLC you can increase value.

“We’ve gone into the loft with front and back dormers which has allowed us to customise how we want the layout and increase from a two bed to a five bed (once it’s done!).

“Generally, bungalows tend to have a lot of space and are on a bigger plot. Usually this is because when they were built there was more land available and it was before the housing development boom.”

Not only this, but in another video, the couple shared a breakdown of the costs of their bungalow conversion, as they turned the house into a home.
