In his video, Orpheus Alexander (@_orpheus_) showed his audience how to tidy up their garden in just five minutes.

The TikToker explained that the move is the "first job I do in a new garden."

"I’m going to share with you what I honestly think is the quickest and simplest job that you can do in your garden to make it look better," he said.

"It’s the first thing I do whenever I get a new client and the results are great every single time."

He added that you don't even need special equipment to carry out the hack.

Orpheus revealed that he tackles the edge of his garden, where the lawn meets the flowerbeds.

"Honestly, it makes such a difference so take a look, it can do so much to change the look of a garden," he said.

For his first step, he used his shears to tidy up the edge of the garden.

"These are fantastic, they’re unbelievably sharp, I love them," Orpheus said as he showed viewers the tool.

Next, he used his spade to create a neater line along the grass and the flowerbed.

"There we go, such a difference and that took me all of five minutes," he told his audience.

"I’ll go and carry on the rest of the line but I just wanted to show you because it’s such a quick win.

"It’ll make it much easier to maintain now for mowing."

Orpheus also pointed out that creeping weeds on either side will be prevented from growing further.

"That was with a spade and a little hand fork and it took five minutes," he said.

"The difference is amazing, I'm going to do all the other areas of the lawn that need that delineation.

"As I say, it really helps the flowerbeds to pop, it just makes everything look so much neater."

His followers shared their thoughts on the advice in the comments section.

"Brilliant tips, I have a pretty large garden so it takes a lot of time," wrote one viewer.
