A WOMAN has revealed the three things you need to sell now if you want to make cash quickly on Vinted.
So if you’ve got a wardrobe full of clothes you never wear and fancy making yourself some extra money, you’ll need to listen up.
Megan, who is from the UK, regularly makes cash through the online marketplace and even calls herself a Vinted ‘expert’.
And now, luckily for those looking to do the same, Megan has shared the tips and tricks that she swears by.
Posting her advice on social media, the young woman said: “Three things you should sell this Autumn/Winter to make yourself a bit more money!
"OR three things to buy this Autumn/Winter.”

So if you’ve got a red hat in your wardrobe, a pair of Adidas Sambas or a bomber jacket, you’re in luck.
Megan then explained: “Hello, my name is Megan and I’m a Vinted selling expert.
“Here are three things that if you’re on the fence about selling, I would sell in the next week or so."
Red, red, red
If you used to wear red and have a wardrobe full of it, it’s time to get uploading on Vinted, as Megan advised: “Massive colour for Autumn/Winter is red.
"If you’re sitting on the fence about selling something, you might be able to make yourself a couple of extra quid by selling it now.
“Whether that’s a red hat, red shoes, whatever it is, get it sold if you’ve not worn it.
“Get it out of your house.”
Adidas trainers
You may have seen that Adidas Sambas have become a hit this year - and if you bought a pair but now don’t wear them, you’ll make cash if you sell them quickly.
The Vinted pro added: “Second thing that I think you should just get rid of if you’ve not worn recently - Adidas Samba or any Adidas trainer similar to a Samba.
“There are so many trainers that are very similar to a Samba. They are so in this year and will carry on being in and so I would get them sold if you don’t like them.
“What’s the worst that could happen? And you might just make yourself a little extra money.”
Bomber jackets
Finally, if your bomber jacket is gathering dust, Vinted might just be your answer, as Megan concluded: “Number three - bomber jackets. Zara nails the viral jacket every Autumn/Winter. This year they’ve released a bomber jacket that is incredible.
“I would say to you, if you’ve outgrown a bomber jacket, it’s too big or too small, if you just don’t wear it anymore, sell it now and you might make yourself a couple of extra quid.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @getridwithmegan, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 41,000 views.
Social media users were thankful for the advice and many took to the comments to express this.
One person said: “Love this.”
Whilst another added: “Best Vinted seller there is!!”
New rules to be aware of
But if you fancy clearing out your wardrobe and getting rid of your old stuff on Vinted, you’ll need to consider the new tax shake-up that recently came into play.
Since January 1, digital platforms, including eBay, Airbnb, Etsy, Amazon and Vinted, must share seller information with HMRC as part of a crackdown.
You're unlikely to be affected if you only sell a handful of second-hand items online each year - but firms now have to pass on your data to HMRC if you sell 30 or more items a year or earn over £1,700.
It is part of a wider tax crackdown to help ensure that those who boost their income via side hustles pay up what they owe.

While your data won't be shared with HMRC if you earn between £1,000 and £1,700, you'll still need to pay tax as normal.
