I’m a fashion writer and these £18 New Look trousers are perfect for spring and ‘really flattering’

SHOPPERS are rushing to buy these smart £18 New Look tailored trousers, which are perfect for the office or off-duty this season - and it's easy to see why.

New Look's High Waisted Tailored Trousers come in three colours and are being praised by customers for their "lovely quality and fit" and "great value for money".

They're available to buy for £18 from the New Look website now in three colours (black, grey and camel) in sizes 6-20 – but they're selling fast.

With an elasticated high waist, tailored wide-leg cut and subtle pleats on the front, these trousers are perfect for both smart and casual dressing this spring.

For the office, we'd pair them with the matching £25 blazer, a crisp white T-shirt and a pair of loafers.

And for weekend attire, we think they look great worn with trainers, an oversized T-shirt or sweatshirt and a baseball cap.

These trousers have gone down a hit with New Look shoppers too, who love their stylish cut and flattering fit – even on "mum tums".
