Woman uses ‘spooning method’ to make Charlotte Tilbury lippy last months longer & gets hailed a ‘genius’ by beauty fans
A WOMAN has been hailed a genius for the clever way she makes her lipstick last for months - even if it seems empty.
Beauty fan Nikki shared her clever hack on social media and it means her £27 Charlotte Tilbury lipstick will last much longer than you thought was possible.
She said: "Everyone always laughs at me for this, but I don't care because I'll never stop talking about it.
"In this economy, there's just no excuse to waste even a single drop of product."
She showed up her lipstick, which looked like the viral shade KIM KW from Charlotte Tilbury and it was clearly at the end of it's lifespan.
However, her sneaky trick meant she could get tonnes more products out.

Using the 'spooning method,' Nikki got a teeny tiny spoon and dug out the rest of the lipstick in the tube that she was unable to apply directly onto her lips.
"Look how much is left over at the bottom of the Charlotte Tilbury lipstick," she added.
"I mean, that's enough product to last me at least another month of applications."
She continued: "This tiny spoon has been the best investment that I've made."
Taking the product onto the back of her hand she showed just how much lippy she was able to scoop out and put into a small tub to use for a few more months.
"If a lipstick is costing me $50 you better believe I’ll be scooping," she captioned the post.
The clip has since gone viral on her TikTok account @uglyducklingskincare with over 560k views and 20k likes.
Beauty fans from around the world hailed her a 'genius' for the money saving hack.
One person wrote: "That’s SO much product."
Another commented: "Get your money’s worth."
"Just use the end of a teaspoon and store it in the lid of your favourite tin of lip balm," recommended a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "This is genius!!!!"
Someone else added: "I just take the product with a lip brush, but that is also a great trick."
