Saka, a fashion fan from London, took to social media to show off her simple ‘life hack’.

However, the easy trick has left people totally divided - but what do you think?

Posting online, Saka shared a clip of her in her local Primark, as she said: “Life hack, need hangers?”

She then advised shoppers: “Go to Primark and ask them for their hangers.”

In the short clip, we saw Saka walking out of the shop carrying a huge bag of hangers.

She then added: “POV: You needed hangers so asked Primark for their whole box of hangers for free.”

The Primark shopper was clearly chuffed with her bag of freebies, as she smiled at the camera.

She later claimed: “Don’t think I'll need hangers for a very long time.”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @lifewithsahi, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 48,900 views.

But social media users were left with mixed opinions at the hack - whale some thought it was a good idea, others thought it was ‘cheap’.

One person said: “There being cheap then there’s being cheap.

“I rather buy hangers than have cheap trash.”

Another added: “It’s gonna have the size stickers on it though.”

However, someone else commented: “You’re not alone, I do this too. Easy way to save some money.”

To this, Saka replied: “Honestly the best!”

Stop buying hangers because you can get them for free

Meanwhile, someone else claimed: “For all that’s wondering, Primark do not re-use [hangers] so we are saving the environment whilst getting free hangers.

“Not a bad win-win.”

If you're in need of some hangers, an ex-Primark worker shared what you should.

Georgia Ponton, 20, worked at Primark during the weekends back in July 2017.

For those wanting free hangers, she advised: “If you go up to someone that is working on the till and say ‘Can I have a bag of hangers?’ then they will give it to you.

“So stop buying hangers because you can get them for free.”

She also explained: “Behind every till is a massive bin where we put the hangers for people that don’t want them, and I’m not really sure where they go afterwards, but we need to get rid of them.

“So if you don't have many hangers at home or you’ve moved to uni and you, like, have no hangers because you forgot about them, then just go and ask because you can get them for free.

“Most of the staff will be happy to help you.

“So when I went to uni, I brought no hangers, I completely forgot about them, and I went to the local Primark and was like “Hi, can I have some hangers? Can I have the skirt ones, the trouser ones and just nepal ones?” and they gave it to me.
