I’m 25 and have already been married twice – trolls call me a ‘walking red flag’ but these men begged to marry me

A WOMAN has revealed that at 25, she has already had two failed marriages.

Nikia Marshall shared the revelation via a video posted to her TikTok channel @mikeandnikia.

She often uses the channel to share insights into her life and has amassed over 239,000 followers on the video sharing platform.

In one video, Nikia explained that has strict criteria when looking for a man, and wouldn't date anyone that was married or had kids.

One of her followers then replied to the video and pointed out that this was a hypocritical statement, as Nikia herself had been married twice.

In a video reply to this comment, Nikia said: "Let's talk about my two marriages."

Nikia explained that her first marriage had been when she was just 16.

She said that she met an American man and he asked her to go and live in America with him.

"I was 16, I was a baby, it was young love", she said.

Nikia said that in order to stay in America, she was told she had to marry the man to secure a green card.

"So that's what happened", she said, "we solely got married so I could get a visa to stay in California".

Nikia then went on to discuss her second marriage.

She explained that her second husband was a traveller.

In the gypsy community if you want to live with a partner you must marry them.

"Joe begged and begged and begged for me to marry him and I'm an easy going girl, so we went to the registry office".

Nikia joked that after their wedding ceremony, the couple celebrated with a McDonalds.

"The two times I've been married, I have been begged for marriage", Nikia said.

"It has never been me begging the man to marry them".

She added that she now has football players sliding into her DMs left right and centre, but still no one is good enough for her.

Nikia's video has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has amassed over 520,000 views.

TikTok users raced to the video's comments section to share their thoughts on Nikia's marriages.

One user said: "You're a walking red flag".

Another user added: "You shouldn't have to explain yourself, it's no one's business but yours, live your life and be happy".

A third user said: "I find that very sad for you that you married twice but didn't really want to be.

" I hope you find your true love."
