In the short clip, we saw Mila walking from behind, as she pushed her baby in a pushchair.
But from behind Mila’s fashion fail was clear - she had forgotten to do up her bodysuit and hadn’t tucked the clasp into her cargo trousers.
Ready to inform her of the blunder, Mila’s partner, who was walking and filming from behind, said to her: “I like your outfit.”
Thrilled with the compliment, Mila turned around and beamed: “Thank you.”
However, her fiancé then questioned: “Is that designed like that?”
Clearly oblivious to the mistake, Mila claimed: “Yeah.”
But when asked: “The pantyhose like that?”, Mila’s man then advised: “Feel the back.”
We then saw Mila feel around her trousers, as she then realised her mistake.
Clearly mortified, she said: “No way I've been walking like this.”
She then admitted: “Holy s**t, I'm embarrassed.”
