My husband says I’m a ‘lazy’ full-time mum… I have a cleaner, serve frozen meals & watch TV, but I do ‘emotional labour’
A STAY-AT-HOME mum has revealed that she is divorcing her husband, after he put a hidden camera in their house to prove that she is "lazy and worthless".
The mum of three said that her husband installed a camera disguised as a phone charger into the house to show that she does not do enough as a stay at home mum.
Taking to Reddit, the 47-year-old stated that her husband first became annoyed with her after she failed to sign a permission form for her child to go on a school trip because she was busy "tracking household bills and subscriptions".
She also said that she was busy "supervising" the cleaner and the gardener.
The mum said that she wanted to be one hundred percent focused on signing the form, and didn't have time to do this before the deadline passed.
She added that her daughter had become really upset when she realised that she couldn't go on the trip, and her dad had to go down to the school and beg them to let her go.

The mum, who's youngest child is 12, said that she and her husband have gotten into many arguments about the fact that he is very organised in his job but she can't do simple tasks at home, with the mum pointing out that she does "emotional labour".
She said that her husband berated her for not posting cheques out to his employees because she was busy "researching subscriptions for frozen meals".
The mum said that after her husband admitted to installing the camera and cited times that she was on her phone or lounging around watching TV instead of working, she kicked him out of the house and is now divorcing him.
Reddit users have flooded the posts comments section to share their thoughts.
Many agreed with the woman that installing the camera was an invasion of her privacy, but also admitted that they thought she was being lazy.
One person said: "I really want to be on your side because I would also file for divorce if I found a hidden camera.
"But you supervise the house cleaner and the landscapers… and this is a full time job?
"What exactly do you do all day?"
Replying to this comment, another person said: She spends her days going on Reddit complaining about her life as a stay at home mum".
Another person said: "Honestly, you do sound lazy and unreliable.
"Your youngest kid is 12, there really isn't all that much to do kid wise and you have a service for "deep cleaning".
