I’m 55 but I still rock dresses with my legs on show… trolls tell me to ‘stop holding on to the past’ but I don’t care
A 55-YEAR-OLD personal trainer who loves sporting mini dresses has hit back at trolls who advise her to ''stop'' and ''age with grace'' instead.
Fitness enthusiast Natalie Yco, who was born in 1968, took to Instagram where she proudly showed off her enviable and toned body in a stunning white mini dress.
Posing with the gorgeous garment, which she had paired with sexy heels, Natalie revealed that she will turn 56 in just two months - and this hasn't stopped her from flaunting her figure.
Hitting back at the meanies, the stunner revealed in the video that they can only keep on dreaming that she will hide behind baggy clothes.
''I will still wear dresses above my knees for as long as I can!''
Natalie, who regularly shares workout routines and ideas on her page, added that she was here to ''inspire'' others - and that ''ageing'' has nothing to do with your appeareance.

''I know I discuss my age…a lot, but that’s what my platform is about.
'It’s my goal to help inspire us women and men and to remind us that aging is truly how we feel inside,'' the 55-year-old certified personal trainer wrote in the caption.
And as for the trolls - Natalie promised there will be a little surprise for them on her birthday, too.
''Every birthday I love to document the day with a photo of me wearing a dress that makes me feel vibrant.
''I don’t know what I’ll be wearing this year, yet!
''But I guarantee it will be above the knees!'' she chuckled.
Natalie's inspiring message, which has won her over a whopping 16.6million views so far, was embraced by thousands - but although the response was mainly positive, the 55-year-old woman also had a few trolls coming for her.
One critic said: ''You should stop...age with grace, don't hold on to a past that no longer exists.''
Someone else chimed in: ''No matter the age - aren’t people embarrassed to film themselves like this?''
Luckily, there were more kind-hearted people than meanies - and they all raced to show their support to Natalia, whose age they refused to believe.
One Instagram user said: ''If my legs looked like that you would have to force pants on me.''
Someone else agreed, adding: ''You look absolutely STUNNING!
''If I had legs like that I’d be showing them off as long as I could too! What an inspiration.''

''What? 56? OMG girl! We can only dream to look that good at this age,'' another person was totally baffled.
''Yesssss! Break every stereotype and every assumption. You are killing the game. Keep it coming,'' a fourth chimed in.
Healthy habits to prevent skin ageing
Although a lot of this has to do with your genetics and how much care you take of your skin, there are also a few healthy habits that can make a huge difference.
To avoid sun damage use sunscreen - every day, no matter whether it's sunny or cloudy.
Avoid sunbeds, which have also been linked to skin cancer and premature ageing.
Avoid smoking, vaping and excessive drinking.
Stick to healthy and nourishing foods, such as green leafy veggies and fruit.
Make sure you get a good amount of sleep - roughly eight hours a night.
