The young style lover, from the UK, regularly takes to TikTok to share the different gowns and frocks she reckons are perfect for wearing to someone else's big day.

But although all of the options she's shown so far are indeed gorgeous, one of Robyn's latest picks has turned out to be a major fail amongst critics on social media.

The show-stopper of an outfit in question, Robyn proudly demonstrated in the now-viral video, was a gorgeous flowy dress from House of CB.

The bardot-cut frock, which almost had a 50s-inspired look to it, featured a flattering plunging neckline, as well as a tight waist area that enhanced the hips.

The beautiful dress, which many described as ''incredibly stunning'', retails for an eye-watering £189, according to some eagle-eyed shoppers.

But whilst Robyn may have been convinced the pricey dress was fit for nuptials, its light colour did not go down a treat amongst fellow TiKTok users.

Dozens flocked to comments to share their thoughts, as they insisted the baby pink colour was ''too light'' in their eyes.

One said: ''Lovely but colour not appropriate for a wedding guest.''

A professional chimed in: ''I work in the wedding industry and while the dress is gorgeous, it’s way too light!''

Another agreed, adding: ''It’s a beautiful dress but it will photograph white and the style is too bridal.''

''Such a beautiful style, but it is going to look very bridal in that colour,'' a fourth insisted.

Luckily for Robyn - who's also made headlines after sporting underwear as outerwear - the feedback wasn't all negative.

One kind under hit back at all the the critics, writing: ''If it were my wedding I would have no problem with a guest wearing this.

''But surely if in doubt, ask the bride? That’s what I’ve done in the past!''

Someone else even thanked Robyn for sharing the outfits, as they'd now found their perfect pick.

'Have two weddings in May and June and I think I just found one of the dresses, this is STUNNING.''

''If you wore this to my wedding I would say you look amazing!'' a fan of the dress chimed in.

Can you wear white to someone else's wedding?

Although each ceremony is different, wearing white as a wedding guest in the Western world has always been deemed bad form.

"When you're a guest at a wedding, the most important thing to keep in mind is not to upstage or upset the bride," explained wedding dress designer Madeline Gardner.

"It's safe to stay away from any outfits that are predominantly white, cream or ivory."

"That color is reserved for the bride to wear at the wedding," added Anthony Navarro, Creative Director of Liven It Up Events.

"It is an unsaid rule that you should not wear white,'' the pro noted chatting to The Knot.
