I’m a model, my sister-in-law says I’m ‘jealous’ & stealing her wedding thunder – I thought she’d say I looked beautiful

A MODEL has revealed that her sister in law has accused her of being jealous of her wedding, and has raged an attack against her.

The model revealed that she did a bridal photoshoot three weeks before her brother's Simon's wedding and her brother's wife, Nancy has accused her of stealing her thunder because of it.

Taking to Reddit, the model said that after Nancy saw the modelling photos on an LED screen in the shopping centre, she called her up in a rage.

The model said she thought Nancy was going to tell her she looked beautiful in the pictures, and was not prepared for her reaction.

She said: "She yelled at me on the phone and accused me of being jealous of her.

"I was surprised because Nancy and I are friendly with each other, I didn’t expect her to blow up on me like that".

Shortly after the phone call, Nancy's sister also phoned her and accused her of stealing her sister's thunder.

The model said that Nancy's friends have made a TikTok accusing her of jealously, and have even been commenting nasty things under her Instagram photos.

She said: " I asked Simon to talk to his wife but he wants nothing to do with it.

"Am I missing something here?

"Because quite frankly I don’t understand why I am an a**hole".

Hundreds of Reddit users have flooded the replies section, with many as confused as the model as to what she has done wrong.

One commenter said: "I don't understand what's wrong with those people. She had her day, you are doing your job.

"This sounds like people in their teens, for God's sake."

Another person said: "She needs a grip on reality and a reminder that while you are happy for the newly wed couple, they have had their wedding day.

"Ignore all her clique-y friends and tell your brother to grow a little bit of a back bone and tell his new wife to stop being a catty little what child… otherwise, good luck to him for living with that for the rest of his married life."

A third person said : "Being hired for a job is very different from showing up on the wedding day in white or something.

"Perhaps she’s unhappy that you look so much better than she did on her wedding - it honestly sounds by the way she’s reacting is some sort of comparison she’s making between the two of you.

"I’m sure you looked amazing and that insecure part of her is rearing it’s ugly little head."

A third person said: "Why should you sacrifice your livelihood just because someone else decided that they were the only person in their life to do anything wedding related in the time around their wedding."
