‘Don’t have your t*ts hanging out at someone’s wedding’ people say as they savage guest for ‘revealing & flashy’ dress
WHEN it comes to weddings, there are several unwritten rules - including don't upstage the bride.
But that's a concept one wedding guest struggled to understand after she was slammed for a "revealing" dress she was planning to wear.
In a post shared the Reddit, the woman in question asked: "Is this dress appropriate for me to wear as a wedding guest?
"Or should I wear the green dress (last pic) to be safe?"
She then went on to post a photo of two of her potential dress options - including a emerald green colour strappy gown.
However, it was the alternative gown - the gold frock with a very plunging neckline - that caused quite the stir online.

The glitzy gown is emblazoned with sequins and comes with a super high thigh slit - with one person branding the option a "one way ticket to drama town."
The post has since been flooded with comments, with one warning: "Definitely don't have your t*ts hanging out at someone else's wedding."
A second penned: "Green one yes. Its beautiful. The gold one absolutely not.
"It's a bit too revealing and is super flashy."
A third commented: "A full length sparkling champagne dress with silver sparkle that plunges under your bra line is a little too eye catching for someone who isn't the bride or a bridesmaid.
"And depending on what the bride is wearing, it might look a bit too close to a wedding dress."
Meanwhile, a fourth noted: "Definitely the green dress, the gold one is way too revealing for a wedding."
Another penned: "I would totally wear the first as a wedding dress haha and it’s a little too revealing for a guest."
A further agreed: "Definitely the green. If you lift the neckline on the champagne dress, you pretty much have my wedding dress. It's too close to bridal."
And one more chimed in: "Green. All the way. While the champagne dress is absolutely gorgeous it's a one way ticket to drama town."
