The mum of two revealed it was now her dream house - and perfect to create years of family memories.

The 30-year-old and her partner bought the dated bungalow complete with an overgrown garden and rotting wooden patio but made it look entirely different in just a year.

The clip first showed what the property looked like before the couple got their hands on it and it was clear the building hadn't been touched for decades.

The hallways was decorated with magnolia walls and a burgundy patterned carpet running through the entire downstairs of the property.

The woodwork in the house was a red mahogany straight of the 70s that the couple clearly felt was beyond fixing as they completely teared the bungalow down and started again.

The couple opted to smash down the bungalow and replace it with a much more modern two-storey house complete with a wooden archway above the front door and a built-in garage.

The front garden which was once overgrown had been cleaned up and replaced with lush green lawn and a sleek grey walkway.

And inside the couple went for a totally new decor theme - keeping it fresh and modern by using lots of white and beige in the house.

To give the now country-manor a more homely feel the pair replaced the mahogany wood with solid oak furniture.

The kitchen also had great big french patio doors that opened out to the garden - perfect for summer days with the family.

"Dream house transformation," Beth captioned the post.

The clip was a hit with viewers over on her TikTok account @bethaniekendra.

People were quick to share their thoughts and were seriously impressed by the renovation.

One person wrote: "Beautiful transformation."

Another commented: "Amazing! This is the dream one day."

"This is beautiful," penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: "Unreal!!"
