A LOVE Island star revealed the ‘behind-the-scenes’ part of show that we've never seen on camera as All Stars cast go into hiding.
The 29-year-old delved into the specifics regarding the pre-show instructions given to cast members.
Speaking about the Love Island 'hiding' process, Shaughna Phillips said on her podcast, Oh, Baby with Shaughna and Holly: "I absolutely loved hiding, it was probably one of my favourite week's of my life.
"Some people were in all these nice hotels, mine was like a farm, there was no swimming pool. I was in this little room with my chaperone, she was so lovely.
Shaughna added: "I thought I was going mad because there was no phone, I don't even know what cartoon channel I got in Spain but I was so desperate to just do anything so I just sat there and watched cartoons, I hated it."
Shaughna's podcast co-star asked: "So you weren't even allowed to keep in touch with your mum?"

Shaugna replied: "No, no one, nothing. When they said, 'right, you've got to give your phone now, I was like what, this is it.
"I was in an apartment block and South Africa is fu**ing wild.
"My chaperone was really lovely, I felt like I was on a week's holiday with my mate and we we're going to nice restaurants, we were going to beach clubs.
"It was banging but I remember checking in at Heathrow and this was obviously the first Love Island they did in South Africa, so it was me and my chaperone going over there and I had three huge suitcases.
"And I remember the girl that was checking me in, she was like 'oh, going to Cape Town are you?', I was like 'yeh', and she was like 'why are you going to Cape Town? and I was like, 'just for a holiday'.
"And it was my first taste of thinking I'm gonna have to lie to people, I literally had love island written on my forehead, I couldn't be more obvious.
The newest eyelashes, the newest nails, fresh to death tan and i was like 'I'm just going foreign backpacking'."
Shaughna shot to fame after appearing on the sixth series of Love Island in 2020.
She was joined on the podcast by Cara DeLaHoyde who appeared in the second series.
Shaughna's then-boyfriend, Billy Webb, was arrested last year over drug offences.
She was 30 weeks pregnant with their daughter Lucia at the time, and he was sentenced to nine years in prison.
