‘Making life harder for people’ man slammed after clearing the Asda shelves of Lego to sell on for £400 profit

A MAN has sparked furious debate online, after he cleared out the shelves in Asda to sell items on for profit.

Sam Peth shared his money making hack via a video posted to his TikTok channel @sam_peth.

He often uses the account to share side hustle tips and tricks.

In the video, Sam can be seen driving up to Asda, late at night.

He walks into the supermarket and heads straight to the toy section, before loading his trolley with boxes and boxes of lego.

"These are £7.50 at Asda, but I can sell them on at Amazon for £30 and make over £20 profit for each one", he said.

Whilst heading to the tills, he added: "I've cleared out Asda of all it's lego, all on sale and I reckon I'll make about £400 profit."

Sam explained that his money making hack had only taken him a few minutes, as he loaded up the boxes into his Mercedes.

Amazon FBA is a service that online sellers can use, where Amazon takes care of the storing, packing and shipping of your products.

So all Sam will have to do is send the products off the Amazon and wait for the money to roll in.

The side hustle pro revealed that he spent around £250 on the lego, and reckons he will be able to sell it all for £700, meaning he will have made a £400 profit.

Sam's video has clearly struck a chord with viewers, as it has racked up over 670,000 views on the video sharing platform.

TikTok user's raced to the comments section to share their thoughts on Sam's "easy money" hack.

Many people accused him of making life harder for poorer people.

One user said: "People on low incomes shop at Asda because it's cheaper.

However, some people praised Sam for his side hustle.
