Chloe Brockett breaks silence on Towie ‘set up’ after horrifying ‘attack’ by feuding co-star that was NEVER shown on TV
CHLOE Brockett has spoken for the first time about being in a "set up" Towie showmance with a co-star.
The 23-year-old insists she was never romantically involved with Roman Hackett - despite a love triangle storyline with their close pal Dani Imbert.
Chloe also claimed Roman called her a "fat c***" during a furious row on set - but the moment was never shown on TV.
Speaking at a press event ahead of her stint on Celeb Ex on the Beach, Chloe shut down speculation Roman would be making an appearance later this series.
"He definitely won't be appearing on the show because I never dated him, he's not my ex," insisted Chloe, who joined Towie in 2019 at 18 years old.
"Our 'love triangle' with Dani was set up by the show, there was never anything between us."

Chloe told how the pair are no longer on speaking terms after a row on set.
"He called me a fat c***," claimed Chloe.
"I was totally shocked by what Roman said. I know it was in the heat of the moment, but it was really hurtful that he brought up my weight."
The Sun has reached out to Towie for comment from Roman.
Chloe recently quit Towie after five years - six months after she was suspended over an altercation during filming.
The outspoken reality star is renowned for her on and off-screen bust-ups with co-stars and high-profile relationships.
She had a fling with England footballer Jack Grealish in 2022 following his love triangle with actress Emily Atack and girlfriend Sasha Attwood.
After failed romances with Towie stars James Lock and Harry Lee, Chloe recently revealed her relationship with on/off lover Jack Fincham, who won Love island with his ex Dani Dyer in 2019.
The pair called it quits - just two weeks after becoming boyfriend and girlfriend - after a series of jealous rows.
Outside of her love life, Chloe has also been at the centre of some of Towie’s biggest storylines.
The controversial character slammed popular Amber Turner and her pals as “fake bitches” and had a bitter fallout with former best pal Elma Pazar after Chloe’s mum Clare unfollowed her on Instagram.
She also had a bust up with sisters Chloe and Demi Sims – with the trio causing a headache for bosses after refusing to be in the same room together.
Then last April, Chloe was filmed off-screen by a fan in a fight with Ella Rae Wise.
"I've always owned up to what I've done in the past and taken responsibility," Chloe added.
“I have the most fond memories of Towie, I’ve given the past five years of my life to this show.
