ITV have not yet released more details of the programme or when it'll air in the schedule.
Fred first shot to fame in 2013 on Channel 4's First Dates and has been a staple on the show ever since.
Meanwhile, this week Fred reunited with his jungle campmate Josie Gibson during an appearance on This Morning.
Fred hosted the programme's cooking segment on Wednesday while Josie, 39, and Irishman Craig Doyle were at the helm.
During his time on I'm A Celebrity, Fred was blasted by fans for his 'bullying' behaviour of his co-stars with many of the critical comments coming after his clash with Josie.
He was given a roasting by viewers on social media after repeatedly speaking to her about her cooking, joking: “It’s like a horror movie from the ’80s.”
