A WOMAN who suffered from hair loss has shared the £5 product that has caused her locks to become thick and healthy again.

Jasmine Regmi shared an insight into her haircare journey via a video posted to her TikTok channel @jasmineregmi.

Jasmine's videos are very popular with social media users, and she has racked up over 90,000 followers on the video sharing platform.

"I was literally balding and crying for help", Jasmine said, sharing a picture of what her hair had looked like six months ago.

Her hair looked extremely thin and she had bald patches around her hairline.

Jasmine said that for the past six months, she has been using rosemary hair oil to try and grow back her hair.

Rosemary oil has been proven to stimulate hair growth and improve the thickness of hair.

Jasmine said that saturating her hair in the hair oil for an hour twice a week before washing it has been 'life changing'.

She added that her baby hairs have "grown so much" since using the product.

Jasmine said that as well as helping to regrow her hair, the hair oil has also made her existing hair grow really long.

"There's so many benefits to hair oiling", she said.

"My hair is growing rapidly".

The haircare whizz added that she also likes to use a hair massaging hair brush to massage her scalp after applying the hair oil and hasn't been using any heat on her hair.

Jasmine's video has clearly left many impressed, as it has racked up over 179,000 likes on the social media site.
