I visited a bargain store I hadn’t been to before & filled my basket in minutes… there’s a yellow sticker section too
WE'RE all looking for ways to save money - especially after Christmas.
And one woman was left delighted when she popped to her local Heron Foods for the first time, and found some epic bargains.
Rachel took to TikTok to document the shopping trip, as she began: "Guys, we've come to Heron Foods to see what it's like.
"We've never been before - I'm actually quite excited.
"It seems like it's got absolute bargain shop prices online so we thought we'd come to our local one, which is about 20 minutes from us."
Things started off strong as Rachel found some chocolate wafer rolls that were just 19p each, or eight for £1.

Then she spotted a box of Malteser truffles for £2.49 and some protein drinks which were 39p each or three for £1.
"Cheap, cheap!" she remarked.
She saw bottles of coffee flavouring syrup for 69p each, and cans of Pepsi Max for 49p each or three for £1.
"This was the basket," Rachel added, as she showed that it was already full of bargain bits.
"We've been in here for five minutes and the basket is full.
"It's full, mate!"
As Rachel had gone to the shop before Christmas there were some Umbro gift sets on offer for £1.49 each, as well as a wax burner set for £1.49 and a cute mug with a biscuit slot at the front.
She grabbed some packs of Light & Free yoghurts which were 49p per pack or three for £1, and then spotted the yellow sticker section.
In there were some reduced packets of meat, as well as a pack of biscotti biscuits for toddlers for just 9p.
"Proper bargain," Rachel concluded.
She added in the caption: "First time visiting a @HeronFoods and it did not disappoint!!
"Such bargains in there!
"Our basket was full on the first aisle! This branch was in houghton regis."
People were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: "If Heron foods can do food this cheap, why can't the other bigger stores??"
"Because they are mugging us off it seems," Rachel replied.
"What are the dates though?" another asked.
To which Rachel responded: "The bits we got were in date".
"The first time I went in herons food I walked out with 2 bags full off goodies for just £7 - would have cost more than double elsewhere, great value!" a third commented.
"I love going heron I bought loads of yellow stickers items very cheap," someone else wrote.
"I always tell people to try them".
"I went into my herons today I got a fresh beef joint for £3.19!!" another gushed.
