Police hunt for 3 suspected burglars who smashed store, stole jewellery worth HK$1 million
Police are hunting for three suspects who smashed the glass wall of a jewellery store in Sheung Shui and burgled it of items worth more than HK$1 million (US$128,580).

Police said a security guard at Landmark North shopping centre in Sheung Shui heard a loud bang at 6:47am on Sunday morning. When he went to investigate the noise, he found three men inside the shop.
He tried to stop them but the suspects fled the building and escaped in a vehicle.
Police said over HK$1 million worth of jewellery including rings, necklaces and bracelets had been stolen.
Footage circulating on the internet showed a large hole had been smashed in a glass wall of the shop called Dazzle.

The case has been handed over to Sheung Shui criminal investigation unit.
