A BALLET dancer has found the perfect product that takes care of her eyebrows, lips and hair.
She said her $16 buy was the perfect DIY alternative to other mainstream beauty and hair creams and potions.
Her concoction stops her locks from ripping and makes them glossy.

In this post, she shared her passion for an unusual product: beef tallow.
Tallow is rendered animal fat and is nutrient-rich. It is said to have a unique ability to mimic the skin.
It's been used for centuries, as far back as the ancient Egyptians and Romans.
Olyveya follows in a long tradition: “Tallow is so versatile. Use it over toxic-filled chemical creams," she said.
She then demonstrated how she uses it in her beauty regime.
“I’m currently using this on my eyebrows and sometimes eye lashes in place of toxic products, which I don’t want on my skin," she said.
“I’m also using this lip balm in place of lipstick [$10 for a pack of three] because I don’t want to be ingesting a bunch of chemicals."
She sourced her tallow and lip balm from Clara Fritz.
“Also use this [tallow] in place of hair gel because hair gel rips out your hair. A gel is very heavy and it’s not good.
"I want to avoid that," she explained. “Especially if I’m pulling my hair back every day."
Tallow, she has discovered, is a good, non-toxic alternative.
“The tallow does a great job of this. And it doesn’t leave it looking greasy, surprisingly."
It was a good choice for her. As a ballet dancer her hair is pulled back in a bun most days.
In conclusion, she said: “It works out perfectly, leaving your hair looking nice and glossy, not greasy, and it holds it in place. And it looks good."
