Aadi Alahan left for dead after cheating scandal in Coronation Street
CORONATION Street’s Aadi Alahan (played by Adam Hussain) will be left for dead in the aftermath of his cheating scandal with Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher).
As soap fans know, Nina is the girlfriend of Aadi’s twin sister, Asha (Tanisha Gorey), but the pair are set to share a moment during his and Asha’s joint birthday celebrations in the New Year.
Recently, Coronation Street's Asha and Nina have been dealing with insecurities in their relationship, especially Asha’s friendship with Isla (Emily Dowson), and their relationship will become increasingly strained in the New Year
On Wednesday 10th January, as the Alahan twins plan their birthday bash, Asha receives a curious call from university informing her that someone reported Isla for having an inappropriate interest in her. Afterward she tells Amy (Elle Mulvaney) that she’s got a fair idea of who it was.
Asha accuses Nina of reporting Isla out of jealousy, but were Asha’s suspicions of Nina right? Or does this just push her into the arms of another?
Aadi finds a simmering Nina in Victoria Gardens and they swap accounts of their rows; him with Amy and her with Asha.

Then, when Aadi compliments Nina, they suddenly lean in for a kiss.
This storyline will then explode later at their birthday lunch. In scenes airing on Friday 12, Aadi calls at No.7 to grab a quiet word with Nina and they both agree to never mention their kiss again.
But the subject comes up soon after.
Whilst Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) serves their birthday lunch, Asha unwraps her present from Aadi and is shocked to find a beautiful bracelet.
Noting a guilty look, Asha demands Aadi explain himself, after which Aadi and Nina are forced to admit they shared a kiss.
Soap fans will recall this isn’t the first time Aadi has been involved in a cheating scandal, having had a steamy affair with Courtney Vance (Stephanie Davis) earlier this year.
But his moment with Nina is too close to home, and it could have fatal consequences.
Later, Asha lets herself into Aadi’s flat to talk but finds him dozing on the sofa. She hurls the bracelet back at him and asserts that she never wants to see him again and storms out.
However, he didn’t hear here and unbeknown to Asha, Aadi is not asleep, but lies unconscious in his flat with the broken carbon monoxide alarm on the side.
Will anyone realise before it’s too late?
