The waitlist for both No7 advent calendars is opened now, and this year there are two to choose from.

The 25 Days of Beauty Secrets Advent Calendar, which retails for £60 but contains £236 worth of products. While the No7's Ultimate Calendar fetches £175, but contains £514 worth of beauty treats inside.

The news of the waitlist opening comes shortly after Charlotte Tilbury, Glossybox and Lookfantastic announced the launch of their sign up scheme. Though there are plenty more beauty advent calendars, and advent calendars for women to launch.

When does the No7 Advent Calendar go on sale?

The No7 beauty advent calendars, both the Ultimate advent and 25 Days of Beauty Secrets, are not available to buy just yet.

But, Boots has launched the No7 advent calendar waitlist for shoppers to sign up to be alerted every step of the way, and gain priority access to shop ahead of the general sale.

Shoppers who sign up for the No7 advent calendar via the waiting list are able to shop the calendar 24 hours before the general sale.

No7's beauty advent calendars will launch on 2nd October, but those who sign up to the waitlist will gain pre-sale access to shop either Christmas countdowns on 1st October.

A spokesperson for the brand told me the details of exactly what is inside will only be revealed when the 25-piece advent goes on general sale, which is 2nd September.

However, if previous years are anything to go by I anticipate this bundle will feature everything from make-up cosmetics from No7, as well as skincare favourites.

What we do know is it will retail for £175, but contain £514 worth of products inside, all of which will be full size.

Of course splurging on a beauty advent calendar can be costly, and I always stress the importance of sticking to a budget and not over spending. So, if the purse strings are tight, maybe forego the bundle, or put it on your Christmas list perhaps and enjoy after December 25.
