BARGAIN hunters are sprinting to get to their nearest Sainsbury’s store, eager to get their hands on a heated blanket that’s been massively reduced.

So if you’ve still not got yourself a heated blanket, you’ll need to pay attention.

One savvy shopper was left stunned when browsing the shelves in her local Sainsbury’s, when she noticed that a pricey heated throw had been slashed.

Thrilled with her find, Emma James took to social media to alert other shoppers.

Posting on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a private Facebook group with a staggering 2.4 million members, the happy shopper shared pictures of her cheap find and penned: “Normally £95, currently £30 in Sainsbury's!!”

Emma was lucky enough to find the Dreamland heated velvet herringbone quilted throw, in grey, in the much-loved supermarket.

Currently priced at £94.99 on the John Lewis website, it’s no surprise that Emma was overjoyed with the £30 clearance price tag.

Emma later confirmed that she found the heated throw, which saved her £64.99, in a Sainsbury’s store in Cambridgeshire. 

So if you want to stay warm this winter - you’ll need to move fast to check this out. 

Emma’s post has clearly impressed many, as it was shared just 16 hours ago, but has quickly amassed 161 likes and 246 comments.

Social media users were stunned at the price tag of the reduced buy, which many took to the comments to express.

One person said: “This is what dreams are made of.” 

Another added: “Need this in my life.” 

A third commented: “That's a flipping good price.” 

Meanwhile, one happy shopper penned: “Son got me this for Christmas, best comfort blanket ever especially for these cold nights. I love it, never leave it off me.”

At the same time, another user wrote: “Love my heated throw and so does my cat.” 

Whilst someone else chimed in: “Got one for Christmas...it's great.” 

Not only this, but many bargain hunters alerted their friends and loved ones to the reduced winter essential.

One shopper asked a Facebook user: “Any of these in Sainsbury’s near you?”

A second tagged a loved one and said: “I need please.”
