Rather than gate keeping them, the money expert showed just how easy it is to save hundreds of pounds at the discount store.
In fact, she claims to have found a body spray that is a copy of a classic scent: Coco Mademoiselle.
With top notes of refreshing orange bloom, mandarin and bergamot, this Chanel perfume has been loved by beauty fans since 2001.
Combined with notes of Turkish Rose and Vanilla, this scent is irresistible but the luxurious perfume comes with a hefty price tag - £121 for a 100ml bottle.
However, Poundland’s Pure Elegance is said to be nearly identical with similarly citrusy notes for a fraction of the cost.
Instead of splashing out on the designer scent, you can pick up this dupe for £1 alongside other bits for your home.
This wasn’t the only beauty find that ended up in Gemma’s basket though.
Having trawled the beauty aisle, she also happened across Golden Blooms and not prizes for guessing what this is meant to be a dupe of.
Fresh and floral, Marc Jacobs’ Daisy has been in many women’s bathroom and not just because of its adorable flower shaped bottle.
Whilst you’d usually have to spend over £77 for this signature scent, you can pick up it’s dupe in Poundland for a fraction of the cost.
If you weren’t already sold on the discount store’s perfumes, the self-titled MoneyMum even found a way to get three designer scent for £4.
Though it sounds too good to be true, Poundland currently have a trio of perfumes which smell remarkably similar to the best-selling perfumes.
Included in the trio is Lady Glamour, which said to be identical to Good Girl with Caroline Herrea which has a deeper smell of coffee, almond and bergamot.
If you were tempted to splash out on Mugler’s Alien, you might want to reconsider as this set also includes Galaxy – a perfume with a similarly wood smell.
