I found the best dupes for designer perfumes like Chanel and Dior in Primark – they’ll save you hundreds
AS the weather warms up, we could use some help to stay fresh without breaking the bank.
Thankfully, Primark has dupes of your favourite designer scents and they cost just a fraction of the real thing.
Whilst beauty influencers have been clearing out the Aldi’s middle aisle, Gemma Bird has found her signature scent on the high street.
Better known as MoneyMum, the savings expert is known for her budgeting hack and helps her followers live well for less.
Her latest Tiktok video was no different, as the mum-of-two shared her favourite beauty finds from the fast fashion brand – including a dupe worth over £130.
It seems these dupes are definitely worth braving the queues for, as Gemma revealed that she’d found a scent that was nearly identical to Tom Ford’s iconic Soleil Blanc.

You’d be forgiven for missing this smell-a-like as it has a less-than-summery name: White Frost.
Despite this, both fragrances have a fantastical tropical scent with notes of citrus and warm base notes.
Though the high-end version costs an eye-watering £145 for a 30ml bottle, you can pick up Primark’s scent for just £6.00 in stores.
For those that haven’t done the maths, you’d save £139 just by switching to the high street alternative.
If you weren’t already impressed, the Essex mum also shared dupes for Chanel and Dior scents that she’d stumbled across during her recent shopping trip.
Having trawled the beauty aisles, Gemma added Primark’s Fate to her basket and revealed that it is meant to smell nearly identical to Chanel’s Chance Eau Tendre.
Both have delicately floral, fruity and feminine notes, which will be perfect to pair with your favourite sundress over the summer.
As the classic Chanel scent also has the essence of jasmine and rose, the designer fragrance costs a pretty penny - £136 to be exact.
Meanwhile, Primark’s perfume is on shelves for just £6 and will leave you with an extra £100 in your pocket – not bad for a high street dupe.
Finally, the savvy shopper decided to add a dupe for the iconic scent Miss Dior to her basket.
Even the packaging was eerily similar to the sensational scent, as the Primark copy has the same pink bottle with an elaborate topper.
Both perfumes even have a stunning floral smell which has been expertly mixed with musky base notes for a perfect day-to-night perfume.
Despite this, the prices are wildly different with Miss Dior currently retailing for £116.45 per 100ml bottle (yes, you read that right).
