Yankee Candles sets slashed by more than half-price at Tesco – and they include iconic Christmas scents

YANKEE Candle fans are racing to Tesco for £40 sets reduced by more than half-price. 

The iconic candle brand’s Fragrance Your Home Christmas set has been slashed to £15 - and it includes five festive products.

But the best bit? The products would cost £53 to buy them all individually. 

The yuletide set includes a medium jar of the brand’s festive scent named after the beloved day of Christmas Eve. 

It would set you back £24.99 to buy at full-price on its own. 

Yankee Candle bosses describe the scent as “sweet and spicy”. 

“Traditional holiday scents of a warm hearth, sugared plums, and candied fruits,” they said. 

The set also contains a Yankee Candle Home Inspiration Cinnamon Cider, which costs £6. 

Among the included wax melts are Cinnamon Stick and Black Cherry, which cost £2.49 to buy individually. 

The cinnamon melt is described as “a blend of sweet spicy aromas” and “warm cinnamon bundled with cloves”. 

The black cherry scent is “a fruity fragrance that absolutely captures the delicious sweetness of rich, ripe black cherries”.

The Cosy Up Reed Diffuser would cost £16.99 to buy individually. 

Thanks to Tesco’s Reduced to Clear deal, you can nab all £53 worth of products for £15. 

One shopper took to Facebook to share the deal, but people were quick to point out it was reduced to £15 last Christmas too. 

Yankee Candles were first made in 1969 by 16-year-old Mike Kittredge in his family’s kitchen in Massachusetts, US.

They were first sold in the UK from 1998, and 12 years later became the number one scented candle this side of the pond.

It has a number of iconic scents, including Soft Cotton, Christmas Cookie, Pink Sands and Snow In Love.
