I’m a full time seller on Vinted & I’ve made over £80k – I now live in Dubai & drive fancy cars thanks to the cash
A SAVVY money maker has earned over £80k after becoming a full time seller on Vinted.
Irem has made so much money that she is now living in Dubai and driving fancy cars thanks to all the cash she has made.
Vinted has become a popular place for people to buy and sell second hand clothes, shoes and accessories.
It is a free site to use where sellers can simply post pictures of their clothes onto the app, and buyers purchase.
Vinted also does not take a cut of sellers profits but instead charges buyers a small fee to purchase each item.
In one post Irem, who is known as @pastgems on TikTok, revealed that she consistently uploaded items which meant that her account always stays at the top of the search results.

Irem has also advised that if you have 20 items to sell, then you should upload five each day for four days.
She has also explained that taking good quality pictures is really important, and always take them on a white background so that the clothes are more clear.
And just how ring lights are great for taking a selfie, Irem suggests doing so when taking pictures for Vinted.
By doing all of these things, Irem has managed to earn a fortune from Vinted.
It has also meant that she is now able to live a luxury life in Dubai, whilst being driven around in a Brabus.
A Brabus is a high-performance car that specialises mainly in Mercedes-Benz, Maybach and Smart vehicles.
They have also modified other vehicles including Porsche, and cost between several hundred thousand to over a million pounds.
Irem’s account has managed to gain 25.5k followers, as many people tune in to watch her life.
She posts videos which show off her luxurious lifestyle including owning a pair of Christian Louboutins and Yves Saint Laurent shoes.
Her video which revealed how she is living in Dubai, received over 279,000 views with 243 people rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One said: “Girl, you better teach us.”
Whilst a second simply added: “Wow.”
Do you need to pay tax on items sold on Vinted?

QUICK facts on tax from the team at Vinted...
- The only time that an item might be taxable is if it sells for more than £6,000 and there is profit (sells for more than you paid for it). Even then, you can use your capital gains tax-free allowance of £3,000 to offset it.
- Generally, only business sellers trading for profit (buying goods with the purpose of selling for more than they paid for them) might need to pay tax. Business sellers who trade for profit can use a tax-free allowance of £1,000, which has been in place since 2017.
