Meghan wore a black spaghetti strap gown, and Harry a suit without a tie.

Snaps showed the couple beaming and posing with the film's stars as they walked hand-in-hand down the red carpet.

It is their second trip to Jamaica, after jetting to Montego Bay in 2017 for the wedding of Harry's pal Tom "Skippy" Inskip to Lara Hughes-Young.

It comes just days before Harry's father King Charles undergoes surgery for an "enlarged prostate".

Buckingham Palace said last week that Charles had been forced to cancel engagements for the "corrective procedure".

Charles was seen driving his electric Audi 4x4 on Monday near Sandringham - hours after Queen Camilla also put on a brave face for the public.

The King's scare was revealed the same day Kensington Palace announced Princess Kate had undergone an abdominal surgery.

Then, in another health fright for the royals, it was revealed Sarah Ferguson was battling an aggressive skin cancer.

Kate, 42, is said to have plans to work from bed once she returns home from her surgery.

The Princess of Wales underwent the planned operation last week and is staying in the private London Clinic.

She is "doing well" after the planned surgery, but is likely to remain in hospital for 10 to 14 days before returning home to continue her recovery.

Sources claimed at the weekend that Kate's commitment to her royal duties will see her get back into work as soon as she can.

Kensington Palace announced last week Kate had undergone the surgery, but were quick to say it was not related in any way to cancer.

The Sun revealed Fergie, the Duchess of York, was battling cancer for the second time in just six months.

The 64-year-old had been diagnosed with malignant melanoma after a mole was removed as she underwent treatment for breast cancer.

Calls to scrap monarchy

THERE are claims Jamaica will launch a legal bid to ditch King Charles as head of state.

Caribbean neighbour Barbados became a republic with an elected head of state in 2021 - sparking calls for Jamaica to follow suit.

Jamaica’s PM Andrew Holness told William and Kate the country was "moving on" from the monarchy during their controversial 2022 visit.

Residents in the small village of Indian Creek staged a protest against the trip, describing it as "colonialism" and a "slap in the face".

Villagers were said to be particularly outraged the Cambridges were allowed to land their helicopter on the village football field without permission.

Many Jamaicans demanded that the royal family apologise for its alleged role in the slave trade and pay reparations.

Prince William spoke of his "profound sorrow" about slavery during the trip - but stopped short of an apology.

At the time, Minister for Legal Affairs Marlene Malahoo Forte said: "Every colonial nation has its time when it must reconsider its arrangements.

"I don’t think any issue should have taken the royal highnesses by surprise.

"They have been warmly welcomed."
