Asda shoppers race to stores as baby buys & towels have prices slashed with bargain-hunters picking up goodies for 42p
BARGAIN hunters have been sent into a frenzy after spotting incredible deals at ASDA, with cut-price goodies going for under a quid.
Who doesn't love a good bargain? If you're on the lookout for new baby gear or perhaps some shower essentials, then best get racing to the nearest ASDA where fans are picking items for as little as 42p.
According to one delighted customer, who certainly made the most out of the yellow sticker deals, the popular supermarket has slashed the prices for several types of products.
Taking to Facebook, mum Emily Harber showed off her monster haul on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, advising fellow fans of the store to not sleep on the cheap finds.
The incredible haul, which she had nabbed from the branch based in Hull, included several cosy towels, an adorable cutlery set for kids, as well as a Lilo & Sitch branded shower curtain people were totally obsessed with.
The shower curtain, which is currently on sale on the website from £7 to £3.50, is going for even cheaper in-store, as the delighted parent had managed to snap it up for a mere 90p - cha-ching.

The 180 x 180cm shower essential - which the children are sure to love - features the adorable Disney character Stitch pulling cheeky faces.
Meanwhile, the towels - the total of which came to six - were selling for 42p and £1, depending on the size.
The haul also included what appeared to be a bathroom rug in dark navy - this the mum had grabbed for £1.62, whilst a similar version online is on sale for £2.75 (RRP £5.50).
Whilst checking out the store, Emily also stumbled upon the most adorable Winnie the Pooh baby gear, which had been slashed to £3.25.
''Bargains at Asda Hessle Road, Hull,'' she wrote in her post.
Needless to say, fellow bargain hunters couldn't have been any more pleased with the wonderful news, as hundreds gave the post a like and raced to comments to tag their friends and family.
One cried: ''They don’t have the shower curtain in ours, been wanting it for ages.''
Another had had the samie experience, writing: ''Just got home from there and they didn’t have any shower curtains .''
Someone else told their pal: ''We need a trip to Asda.''
''Pity our Asda don’t have,'' a fourth chimed in.
Heading to the local branch now? Don't forget to have a look at their fashion aisles, as style lovers have spotted winter coats going for just £9, as well as boots slashed from £44 to under a tenner.
In case you needed more convincing to plan a trip to your ASDA, mums are also rushing to stock up on Disney dolls that have reduced to a mere 42p - and they're the perfect gift idea.
The dolls are definitely a steal, as they had been priced at £14 before the sale.
The popular retailer also recently introduced a Jo Malone pomegranate candle dupe that smells almost identical - however, the difference in price is astronomical.
Whilst 'Pomegranate Scented Multiwick Candle with Lid' retails £7, Jo Malone's popular 'Pomegranate Noir Home Candle' costs an eye-watering £56.
A little maths and you'll figure out you're saving yourself a whopping £49 by opting for the cheaper version.
The online product description for the £7 bargain buy reads: "Fill your home with the wonderfully sweet aroma of pomegranate with this triple-wick candle from George Home.
