FAYE Winter says she has secret recordings of her furious arguments with ex-boyfriend Teddy Soares.
The Love Island star opened up about finding the strength to end their 18-month romance after meeting in the villa back in 2021.
Speaking to Boots presents Taboo Talk about heartaches and breaks, Faye admits keeping audio of their rows to listen back to.
"It's bad and actually psychotic to a point because I've got recordings on my phone," she said.
"I wanted to listen back to how I speak and what I say in arguments.
"It's really not good, but now I listen back and I think actually we were both really distraught, we were both in a bad place and both hurting.

"It wasn't one-sided but I didn't want to put it out publicly that I was crying and upset."
Asked if she could ever be friends with Teddy, Fay hit back: "No. I'd walk past him if I saw him in the street."
The former estate agent has previously suggested Teddy had been messaging other girls behind her back, a claim he has denied.
Speculation followed a video showing Teddy getting into a taxi with a group of girls, after one of the girls claimed he cheated with her in a hotel room.
Faye sparked concern from fans as she lost weight in the aftermath, admitting: "I didn't recognise myself".
Speaking in depth about their bitter break-up for the first time, Faye says she was in therapy while in the relationship and delayed making the final decision to end it.
"The backlash from our break-up was horrendous", she said.
"I always knew if we were to break up, that I would be the issue and he would be the saint.
"I think that's why I stayed with him so much longer than I should have because I mentally wasn't in a place where I could deal with that."
