First look at Meghan Markle’s luxury new brand American Riviera Orchard as duchess posts vintage-style clip on Instagram
MEGAN Markle has treated fans to a first look at her luxury new brand after she was spotted in a vintage-style clip on Instagram.
The grainy footage appears to show the duchess picking flowers and baking in a stunning home on her mysterious new account, American Riviera Orchard.
A woman - believed to be the Duchess of Sussex - is also seen dressed in ball gown through wide open French doors.
The promo clip has sent fans of Markle, 42, wild after it was posted as a story on just-created Instagram account for American Riviera Orchard.
The account's biography says the brand is "by Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex" and visitors are linked to a website where they can join a mailing list.
And now industry insiders have told Page Six that the site will focus on home, food, garden and lifestyle goods.
The source said: "She’s been working on this for over a year and it’s all the things that are close to her heart — all the things she’s passionate about."
Her new brand was launched this afternoon, just hours before Prince Harry is due to appear in a video message at Princess Diana's annual Legacy Award event in London tonight.
It has been revealed that the Duke of Sussex and Prince William will both attend tonight's event in memory of their mum - but won't be seen together.
William is set to stand before a crowd in London and give a short speech as he honours the winners.
And Harry's also set to play his part - but from California - as he expected to congratulate the winners through a video link reportedly only after William has left the ceremony.
