LOVE Island winner Jess Harding took a sharp dig at ex Sammy Root as she opened up on her new man.
The ITV2 show stars broke up just three months after winning Love Island's 2023 series.
Blonde bombshell Jess, 23, revealed she had a new boyfriend earlier this month - and has now gushed how she is "so in love."
Yet, seemingly referring to her cheeky chap ex, she told her Instagram following: "Learnt a few lessons with relationships but now I am so in love."
Her survey also told how she owns her own flat and is celebrating the three-year anniversary of her business.
In a separate caption, again appearing to hint at love life woes, she added: "What a few bumpy years but my life has changed for the better and I am so proud of myself."

Jess told Sammy their relationship was over by phone - before news of their split leaked online while she was partying in Ibiza with pals.
Sure split
Back in September, Jess then dealt another brutal swipe towards her ex.
She removed all traces of her co-star from social media, confirming their relationship was well and truly done.
At the time, the Mail also reported that sources had confirmed things were over, with an insider insisting: "They're better off as friends."
Meanwhile, Sammy admitted he had not spoken to Jess since the break-up.
At the time, he told OK! Magazine: "It's been a whirlwind of a few months. I've maybe been having too much fun.
“I wouldn't say I'm back in the dating game, but I never let myself get bogged down by things [break-up].
"I'd be so silly to not take this opportunity of a lifetime seriously, so I am just focusing on me right now. That's my priority."
The duo beat fan favourites Whitney Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki to the £50,000 prize.
Molly Marsh and Zachariah Noble - who have also now split - came in fourth place, while Tyrique Hyde and Ella Thomas landed in third.
During their time on the show, viewers were quick to brand Sammy "disgusting" for a comment he made about sleeping with Jess' co-stars.
