I’m a plus-size gym baddie who wears ‘cute’ outfits to workout… trolls say that my exercise routine is ‘not working’

A CURVY gym fanatic has been brutally mocked by mean trolls who insist that her gym routine clearly is not giving any results.

Many of us will start the next year with resolutions to finally get in shape and become healthier - but already ahead of them is plus-size gym baddie Cheyenne Olson.

The body positivity influencer, from Florida, the USA, has been hitting the gym for a while now and you can catch her toning her figure on a treadmill.

But rather than sporting comfy shorts or leggings, the plus-size content creator loves working out in a flowy pink skirt, baby pink trainers, a cute ponytail, all of which is complimented with a pink gilet on top.

''If it’s not all pink, I don’t want it,'' the stunner recently explained her obsession with the colour on Instagram.

According to Cheyenne, whose social media page has won her almost 60k followers, there's a reason she loves rocking an all-pink outfit to the gym.

The Barbie pink shade makes her look ''cute'' - which in turn lifts her mood and makes things more ''fun'' in general.

''Am I a gym girlie now? I’m kind of living for it,'' she chuckled in her video, where she was seen drinking from a cup that was, you guessed it, pink.

However, unfortunately for the young exercise enthusiast, the clip reached the wrong audience, as hundreds of trolls raced to comments to mock her.

Some, for instance, reckoned she wasn't working out hard enough, with one advising: ''let’s try upping the speed yeah?''

Another meanie agreed, adding: ''Sorry hun, it's not working.''

''Goes to gym. Makes a reel. And off to Mcdonalds,'' a third chimed in.

''You have to run walking doesn’t do s**t,'' a fourth penned.

Luckily, amidst all the hate was also plenty of support, with people baffled by the negativity.

''F**k these comments, she's putting the work,'' a supportive user hit back at the trolls.

''These comments are exactly why overweight people stay away from the gym. The first step to a healthier lifestyle is walking through that door. Ya'll could be more welcoming,'' another added.

Fortunately, however, it seems that one of the brutal remarks have affected Cheyenne, who heads to the gym several times a week.

Looking at how far she had come, the plus-size fashionista said: ''Here we are at the end of the year, where I can say I’ve visited the gym 13 times this month just because I WANTED TO!

''I only just started going this month and mentally feel a difference. In 13 days I changed my entire mindset about the gym because I made it fun for ME.

''And a couple of cute pink gym accessories always makes it better too.''

She went on: ''Whether it was in the comments of videos or in my personal life, I’ve been told to always go. I was afraid the space wasn’t for me.

''One day I just decided to do it for me because I finally saw girls that look like me going.

''I will always choose to share my life on the internet because I want to see more girls like me in the space that I felt so unwelcomed for a very long time.

''It’s baby steps, but in the best direction.''
