Love Island winner hits back at trolls after she’s accused of faking weight loss results as she shows off transformation
LOVE Island winner Jess Harding has fired back at online trolls who have accused her of lying about her recent weight loss.
Jess, 23, has embarked on a new diet and fitness regime after falling victim to fat-shaming critics and deciding she wanted to get in shape.
The star has enlisted the help of a personal trainer and she has "completely changed" her diet.
But after sharing before and after pictures of her transformation, Jess has come under fire from yet more keyboard warriors.
In addition to her fitness uptake and healthy eating, Jess has also had one EMsculpt treatment, which is a non-invasive procedure used to burn fat and sculpt the body.
As a result, the trolls have accused her of being "fake".

One person sent Jess a private message on Instagram and told her: "I liked you until you started being fake. You bragged in the villa about being natural and not going to the gym etc but that was short-lived too."
Sitting in her pal's car, Jess has revealed this is just one of several critical messages she has received.
"I've been having PT sessions, probably for about two weeks now," she ranted.
"I've completely changed my diet and have been going to the gym continuously.
"I'm proud of seeing my results and stuff like that, but some negative people jumping on here are saying, 'Oh you've had one EMSculpt session, it's fake results and you're fake for going to the gym'.
"'You say you want to be a natural curvy girl and it's fake you're going to the gym, lying about your results'. I've had one EMSculpt session, get over it.
"Get a life. Don't be messaging me. You know, it's my story and if you haven't got anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
All fired up, Jess added: "Like, come on, guys, that's how we grew up with our mums and dads telling us.
"So less of the negativity. I'm working out, I feel better for it, I love seeing my results, end of.
"If you haven't got anything nice to say, don't say it because I will literally block you."
Jess first showed off her weight loss results just one week after hiring a personal trainer and overhauling her diet.
Admitting he was 'proud of herself', the star said on Instagram: "1 week and how much of a difference has it made."
Her decision to get in shape came after Jess was cruelly fat-shamed by trolls over a recent bikini snap.
Jess had even shared a screenshot on her IG Story of trolls who had responded to recent bikini beach snapshots.
One vile follower told her: "Fat sl*t."

Another upsetting comment read: "Mucky cow."
Thankfully, Jess - who won Love Island last year alongside her now-ex boyfriend Sammy Root - was inundated with an outpouring of supportive replies from fans.
